Jade and Kara are both Corporals with the highest Top Secret clearances and extremely rare Electronic Warfare and Cyber skill sets which Defence desperately needs.

After 11 and 9 years respectively in the ADF they were both seeking stability and higher remuneration but remained passionate about Defence.

Although there were several Defence roles that they were eminently qualified for they were unable to apply within 6 months of leaving the ADF. This was due to the standing prohibition on all ADF members from applying for contracting roles on discharge via the Defence Support Services panel.

Needing employment, they both completed their Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and are now selling property in QLD.
