Andrew Kirby is an experienced leader, strategic planner and analyst for both business and Defence. With over 20 years of experience in entrepreneurship, management, business planning, Defence and national security, Andrew has a proven record of providing highly valued analysis and advice that enables senior decision makers to understand and solve complex problems. Specialising in strategic policy development, futures analysis and capability planning, Andrew’s grasp of strategic issues, judgment and communication skills have earned me a reputation for loyalty and results. Andrew has a vast array of experiences ranging from managing diverse teams, collaborating with Industry and Academia and advising Senior Policymakers, to working with community organisations in developing nations (ensuring free and democratic elections, addressing poverty, food security, education, health and the empowerment of women) to fighting Islamic Terrorism on Middle Eastern operations. Andrew founded Strategise Australia, a leading consultancy in strategic level plans and planning, and is a founding partner of the Veterans Industry Partnership.
